Direct Line to Our Process

Initiate a project inquiry and you’re stepping into a calibrated workflow. We review every message within 24 business hours and follow a clear protocol to determine fit, scope, and timeline. This is the first collaboration touchpoint—clarity here sets the rhythm for everything that follows.

Client Note

"The initial consultation felt less like a sales pitch and more like we were already teammates mapping the problem." – Elena R., Founder, Otra Vez

For Meetings

We are available for in-person meetings at our Chapinero studio. Please schedule at least 24 hours in advance via email or phone. Virtual calls are available for all time zones.

Project Fit Constraints

Assumption:

Your inquiry has a defined problem (not just a solution request) and a realistic timeline (3+ months).

Boundary:

We do not take on projects requiring hourly freelance work, maintenance-only retainers, or work in a scope that cannot be properly scoped.

What Changes Our Mind:

A clearly articulated business goal linked to the project, or evidence that your team is committed to a collaborative design process.

Initiate Inquiry

Fields marked with * are required. We review every submission personally.

Help us understand your context. Describe the problem you're solving, not just the website you want.

"The initial consultation call was a turning point. They didn't try to sell us a website; they mapped the actual business process we were disrupting. That changed everything."
— Carlos V., Director, Logistics Tech Co.

The Inquiry Checklist

Preparing these points before you write helps us focus the conversation immediately.

1

Business Goal

Define the primary objective (e.g., "Increase qualified leads by 30%" not "Redesign homepage").

2

Target Audience

Describe your ideal user in one sentence. Who are they? What are they trying to accomplish?

3

Existing Assets

Gather brand guides, logos, and content (PDFs are fine). If none exist, note that—we can discuss.

4

Realistic Timeline

We build quality. Rush jobs compromise depth. We need a minimum of 3 months for meaningful impact.

Trade-off Note: A rushed timeline increases coordination overhead and limits exploration, often reducing final quality.
5

Budget Range

A realistic range allows us to scope solutions effectively. We don't price by the hour.

*What we don't need yet: Fully baked wireframes or exact technical specs. That's our job to help you develop.

From Inquiry to Kickoff

A transparent look at the first 72 hours of any collaboration.

Hour 0–24

Acknowledge & Assess

  • • Automated receipt confirmation (within minutes)
  • • Internal review of your context and goals
  • • Preliminary feasibility check against our current capacity
Hour 24–48

Personal Response

  • • Direct email from a principal (not a form reply)
  • • Clear feedback: fit, next steps, or redirection
  • • Scheduling link for a 30-minute discovery call
"If we aren't the right partner, we'll say so. We'll often suggest a studio better suited to your specific technical needs."
Hour 48–72

Discovery Call

  • • 30-minute video call (UTC-5)
  • • Agenda: Problem, stakeholders, timeline, success
  • • Outcome: A documented summary and a proposal timeline

Method Note: Evaluating Robustness

Our response timeline is a hard constraint. It's calibrated to respect your time while allowing for internal coordination. The 30-minute discovery call is a filter: we assess cultural fit, technical feasibility, and whether your team is prepared for a collaborative process. A proposal is only drafted after this call.

We Optimize For

  • • Clear communication
  • • Process alignment
  • • Mutual respect for time

We Sacrifice For

  • • Rapid, generic proposals
  • • Projects without clear goals
  • • Scope misalignment

Decision Lens

  • • Does the problem justify the effort?
  • • Is the team ready to collaborate?
  • • Is the timeline realistic?
